Business development associate (Remote)

Experience: 0+ years (but prior experience working in sales/ business associate is a must) 

CTC: 3 LPA 


Responsibilities:


  • Familiarize yourself with the KonfHub's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners for KonfHub.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.


Good to have:


  • Passion in consultative sales and business development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good logical reasoning and structured approach for conversion
  • Ability to build rapport and create professional relationships
  • Knowledge of Sales Techniques


Qualifications and experience required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, etc.
  • Bachelor's (Preferred) in commerce, business administration or similar
